Online registration is free, activating your mobile phone and the mobile search command will cost you your standard sms rate.

Entries will only be considered from registered members who have performed at least one search via their mobile phone between the competition start and end dates.

The winner will be announced within 4 weeks after the end of the competition.

Winners are selected at random but the same winner will not be selected for consecutive competitions. Furthermore all employees of MatchTek UK LTD and its subsidaries and affiliates and friends of employees will be excluded from winning.

Winners must be UK resident and own a UK registered mobile phone number and must be over 18 years in age.

Winning prizes will only be delivered to UK addresses and sent using a standard postal service.  There is no cash alternative to prizes.

Winning prizes will be brand new or ex-demo products and may be sourced from non-UK outlets. 

Winning prizes will include only the said competition product. Any additional items/costs arising from owning or using the product in terms of servicing, maintenance and where applicable mobile phone contracts will not be included as part of the prize. However a portion may be covered at the discretion of Smartdater management. These terms will be indicated on delivery of the prize.

The winner will be informed via the email address he/she used to register at smartdater.biz.

The winner will also be announced on this website.

Registrations and entries may be disqualified at the discretion of management as a result of mis-use or abuse of any of our services.
